Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Eligibility Examiner to review and evaluate applications for our health programs. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills necessary to assist our clients in navigating eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all eligibility determinations comply with organizational and industry standards.
• Assess the effectiveness of current eligibility processes and suggest improvements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in application data.
• Compile reports on eligibility data and trends for management review.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and professionalism.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in eligibility determination or related social services field is preferred.
