You will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities

• Develop specifications for mechanical components and systems.
• Analyze product performance and implement design improvements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Master's in Mechanical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
