We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our dedicated team on the Sunshine Coast. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, analysis, and project management. You will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop specifications for mechanical components and systems.
  • Analyze product performance and implement design improvements.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Master's in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role
