Job Description

As a Museum Technician at Cultural Heritage Museum, you will play a critical role in the preservation and restoration of valuable cultural artefacts and artworks. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a passion for art conservation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scientific analysis and testing on artefacts.
  • Meet with other museum personnel to discuss conservation-related issues.
  • Assist with the preparation and setup for exhibitions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide recommendations for future conservation efforts based on assessments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Art Conservation, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Professional certification in art conservation is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in art conservation and restoration.
