Job Description

As a Gambling Manager, you will oversee the Pai Gow operations within our casino, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to gaming regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of casino operations, and a passion for delivering an outstanding gaming experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Pai Gow staff team, ensuring excellent service.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Innovate and implement marketing strategies to attract players to Pai Gow tables.
  • Track and report on game performance, suggesting improvements as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pai Gow or casino management
