Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Community Pharmacy, you'll play a vital role in patient care. You'll dispense medications, counsel patients on health issues, and monitor drug therapies. Your impact on community health will be significant and rewarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy assistants and support staff.
• Participate in patient outreach programs to promote medication adherence.
• Evaluate patients’ medication regimens for safety and efficacy.
• Accurately maintain patient records and documentation.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of pharmacy interns.
• Address patient inquiries and resolve issues related to medications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Master's degree in Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
