Job Description

The Seaweed Harvester will be responsible for harvesting seaweed from the ocean, ensuring the quality, and delivering it to clients in a timely manner. This role is physically demanding and will require a high level of fitness.

Responsibilities

• Utilise effective techniques for harvesting seaweed.
• Handle and store harvested seaweed to prevent spoilage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the product development team.
• Assist in managing stock levels and inventory.
• Enhance operational efficiency through innovative practices.
• Regularly assess the sustainability of harvesting methods.
• Participate in community engagement activities to promote sustainability.
• Train on first aid and emergency response protocols.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.

Requirements

Experience

• Knowledge or experience in aquaculture is advantageous.

Languages
