Job Description
The Wafer Machine Operator will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of wafer production equipment, ensuring the quality of products, the safety of machinery, and meeting production targets.
Responsibilities
Control the production process of wafers in a high-tech environment.
Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on production equipment.
Utilize precision measuring tools for quality assurance checks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Train new staff on machine operations and safety standards.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Certificate in manufacturing technology is a plus.
Experience
Experience operating and maintaining production equipment.
Technical Skills
Ability to use hand and power tools
