You will ensure the smooth operation of our automated machinery, focusing on quality control and efficient production flows. This role requires collaboration with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot issues and enhance production capabilities, all while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic screwmaking equipment ensuring high-quality output.
• Conduct inspections of machinery to prevent downtime.
• Implement adjustments to improve machine operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on production improvements.
• Document production metrics and quality checks.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operations.
• Monitor supply levels and place orders for necessary materials.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in adherence to safety standards.
• Continuously refine skills related to automated machinery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in mechanical or industrial engineering is highly desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is essential.
