Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Psychiatrist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and prevent mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, providing high-quality care in an inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose mental health conditions through patient interviews and academic evaluations.
Formulate tailored treatment plans that address both psychological and physical health.
Ensure compliance with medication and provide education on potential side effects.
Lead individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment.
Liaise with external agencies and community services to support patient recovery.
Train and mentor interns and psychiatric residents within the department.
Contribute to research projects or clinical trials as applicable.
