Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive success through personalized service. In this role, you'll manage projects, support clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all clients' needs are met effectively. Responsibilities

  • Establish rapport with clients to understand their business needs.

  • Track client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance service.
  • Generate and analyze reports on account activity.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to smooth transition of accounts.

  • Stay informed about new products and services to effectively advise clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client relations
