Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client engagement and account management, able to foster strong relationships while driving product adoption and usage. You will coordinate onboarding for new customers and act as their primary point of contact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
  • Facilitate customer training and workshops to ensure product usage.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
  • Analyze customer data to track engagement and satisfaction trends.
  • Work with product teams to relay customer needs and insights.
  • Conduct regular assessments of customer success outcomes.
  • Create and present reports on customer health and performance.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss customer insights.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a repository of customer success resources and templates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Master's degree in Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
