We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Supervisor to lead our team of electricians. This role involves managing multiple installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering quality work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical installation projects from conception to completion.
• Monitor work for quality and ensure compliance with electrical codes.
• Facilitate communication between electricians and other departments.
• Create and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Enhance team productivity through mentoring and coaching.
• Prepare regular reports for the management on project status.
• Develop and implement project management best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in electrical installations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• First Aid and CPR Certification

Experience

• 5+ years in managing electrical installation projects
