Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout project phases.
• Allocate resources efficiently and effectively across all projects.
• Conduct meetings with project teams to discuss progress and challenges.
• Utilise project management software to track and manage projects.
• Create risk management processes to mitigate project issues.
• Support team members in achieving their tasks and objectives.
• Present project outcomes and learnings to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading projects

• Budget Management

Certifications

• Scrum Master Certified (SMC)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
