We are seeking a motivated Chemical Engineer to join our Launceston team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chemical processes and engineering principles, and be capable of developing and optimizing chemical production methods. You will play a key role in ensuring the compliance of processes with safety and environmental standards while contributing to exciting projects that focus on sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop and improve chemical processes.
• Design and optimize equipment, processes, and systems.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure production aligns with environmental standards.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project execution.
• Monitor and control production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
• Master's degree or additional certifications preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the chemical industry
