Job Description

As a Brownfield Redevelopment Specialist, you will oversee corridor redevelopment projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards while being completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of corridor redevelopment projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure effective communication across all teams involved in the redevelopment process.
• Engage in public consultations to promote project acceptance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and compliance records.
• Foster relationships with local governments to facilitate approvals.
• Identify funding sources and assist in grant applications.
• Prepare project budgets and track actual expenses against budget.
• Apply project management methodologies and improve processes.
• Set project objectives and ensure alignment with community needs.
• Provide final project reports and analyses to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Construction Management
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, particularly in brownfield redevelopment
