Field Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to coordinate our team of field workers. You will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs for team improvement.
• Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders.
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes in the field.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and order supplies as necessary.
• Support business development activities by preparing project proposals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Certification in Health and Safety is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
