As a Residential Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents in our care facility. You will provide support for daily living activities, including personal care and social interaction, ensuring that each resident feels valued and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Document care delivered and assist in evaluating residents’ progress.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aged Care or related field is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in service-oriented roles is advantageous.
