Job Description

The Porcelain Enameling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production of porcelain enamel products, ensuring that quality standards are met and production processes are efficient. This role requires strong leadership skills along with technical expertise in porcelain enameling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the porcelain enameling production floor.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on production techniques.
• Collect and analyse production data to identify process improvements.
• Assist in the development of new enameling products and processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and production logs.
• Work collaboratively with quality assurance teams to uphold product standards.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Serve as a liaison between the production team and upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supervisory roles in a manufacturing setting
