Job Description

As a Shell Grader, you will be responsible for grading and sorting the shells produced at our processing facility. This role is vital in ensuring that our products meet the necessary quality standards for various applications in agriculture and construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks and report findings.
• Assist in training new staff on grading procedures.
• Work closely with management to identify process improvements.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the grading area.
• Communicate effectively with other teams regarding shell quality.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications or additional training in quality assurance are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in the seafood industry or quality control is preferred.

• Knowledge of different shell types

Languages
