Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to manage multiple store locations and ensure seamless operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating daily activities, training staff, and enhancing customer service to meet our organisational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages team performance.
• Review sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Initiate training programs for staff development and efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock levels and product quality.
• Oversee health and safety compliance measures across all sites.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant qualification in management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a management position, preferably in retail.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
