Job Description

As a Fur Dressing Supervisor, you'll oversee the entire fur dressing process, ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining production efficiency. Your leadership will be key in mentoring junior staff and improving operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance checks on all fur products.
• Collaborate with design teams to inform production on new styles.
• Develop reports on production performance and quality metrics.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with safety standards.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track supplies.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Fashion Production or equivalent
• Previous experience in fashion or textiles preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience
