Job Description

As a Loss Prevention Manager at Notable Retailers Ltd., you will develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and safeguard company assets. This role involves collaboration with management to identify and mitigate potential risks while ensuring effective training for employees regarding loss prevention protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Create and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions for employees.
  • Coordinate with HR to conduct pre-employment screening of potential hires.
  • Analyse loss data and prepare reports for management.
  • Develop relationships with local law enforcement and community stakeholders.
  • Investigate fraud attempts and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents.
  • Evaluate and update security systems and technology as needed.
  • Assist in the development of company-wide safety training programs.
  • Facilitate security audits and tests on a regular basis.
  • Engage in continuous education on loss prevention trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Certifications in loss prevention are advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in a supervisory role within loss prevention is desirable.
