Responsibilities
Process incoming fur garments and ensure proper handling at all stages.
Provide exemplary customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns.
Actively promote our storage and care services to enhance client satisfaction.
Ensure thorough cleaning and preservation of all garments stored.
Assist in the training of new staff members within the department.
Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the efficiency of the storage process.
