Job Description

As a Counter and Rental Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service for their luxury fur garments. Responsibilities include managing inventory and promoting our storage services.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming fur garments and ensure proper handling at all stages.
• Provide exemplary customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Actively promote our storage and care services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and preservation of all garments stored.
• Assist in the training of new staff members within the department.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the efficiency of the storage process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Inventory Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Luxury Goods: Previous experience in handling luxury goods, preferably fur garments, is a plus.
