We are looking for a Retail Salesperson to join our passionate team in Sydney. The successful candidate will assist customers in finding the perfect shoes, provide expert advice on shoe care, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting footwear.
• Offer expert product information and suggest complementary items.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Process payments and manage cash register operations.
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Uphold health and safety standards in the store.
• Conduct regular cleaning and organization of footwear displays.
• Encourage and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Two or more years in a retail or customer service role

Technical Skills

• Cash Handling

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Merchandising Skills: Previous experience in visual merchandising or store displays.
