Job Description

We are seeking skilled Printing Press Operators, specifically Offset Lithographic Press Setters, to operate and maintain our high-performance printing presses. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality printed materials, ensuring accurate colour settings, and managing ink flow. Ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, mechanical skills, and a commitment to quality in the printing process.

Responsibilities

• Align and install printing plates accurately on the press.
• Make necessary adjustments to ink flow to optimize print quality.
• Continuously monitor press output during production runs.
• Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on press machinery.
• Identify and rectify any operational issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet deadlines.
• Document any inconsistencies in production for reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Training in offset lithographic printing preferred

Experience

• Experience in printing operations is strongly preferred.
