Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning tasks in residential and commercial buildings.
• Ensure cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces.
• Use cleaning chemicals and materials safely and effectively.
• Document and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.

Requirements

Education

• No formal education required

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.

• Window Cleaning
• Equipment Operation

• Time Management

Certifications

• Working at Heights certification
• First Aid certification (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with high-rise building cleaning: Previous experience in cleaning high-rise buildings is highly valued.
• Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals: Familiarity with different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses.
