Job Description

We are searching for an Aircraft Structure, Surfaces, Rigging, and Systems Assembler to join our growing team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in assembling and repairing aircraft structures, ensuring all components meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft structures following technical specifications.
• Verify accuracy of parts and components before installation.
• Perform tests on completed assemblies to ensure functionality.
• Document and report any defects or non-conformities.
• Assist in troubleshooting and troubleshooting aircraft issues.
• Work closely with quality control to uphold safety standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior assemblers.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss project status and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aircraft assembly or maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Aircraft Systems
• Use of Diagnostic Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated assembly techniques: Hands-on experience with automation in aircraft assembly processes.
