We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spout Tender to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate and maintain spout machines, ensuring precise spout placement for tank cars, trucks, and ships. Your attention to detail will guarantee the smooth functioning of the overall spouting process, contributing to efficient operations in our manufacturing and packaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations of spout machinery.
• Manage the spouting area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Record production data for analysis and reporting.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel for material handling.
• Optimize spout placement for different load types.
• Provide input on equipment upgrades based on user experience.
• Support maintenance teams in equipment overhauls.
• Facilitate training sessions for new operators.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational qualification in manufacturing or a related field
• Certifications in machinery operation are a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

Languages
