Responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing strategies, including content production and social media management.
• Oversee event logistics, ensuring all promotional activities run smoothly.
• Advise athletes on personal branding and public relations strategies.

• Negotiate contracts and manage all aspects of sponsorship agreements.
• Evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and report outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a unified approach to athlete management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Marketing or Sports Management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in sports marketing or athlete representation

Technical Skills

• Event Planning
