Job Description

Seeking passionate Shoe Machine Operators to contribute to our dynamic team. The successful candidates will help operate and troubleshoot machinery while ensuring a smooth workflow in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate shoe manufacturing machinery according to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Input data for production tracking and reporting.
• Assist in quality control inspections to ensure product standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to workplace safety guidelines.
• Document machine performance and production outcomes.
• Support new product launches by testing and adjusting machine settings.
• Assist in maintaining equipment to reduce downtime.
• Fulfill other duties as directed by production supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Warehousing Operations or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management or machine operation

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with inventory management software
• Machinery operation skills

• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating forklifts: Certification and experience in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies: Experience with techniques for process improvement and efficiency.
