Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the frontline support for a diverse range of IT issues. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, assist in network management, and ensure that our clients receive timely and effective solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and providing essential support to enhance overall system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Maintain a ticketing system to track and resolve user issues.
  • Implement and monitor security measures for IT systems.
  • Configure new hardware for users and assist with software installations.
  • Provide training on new applications and updates.
  • Participate in IT projects and upgrades.
  • Document procedures for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular audits of software licenses and compliance.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
  • Collate user feedback to improve IT services.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
