Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the frontline support for a diverse range of IT issues. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, assist in network management, and ensure that our clients receive timely and effective solutions. Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain a ticketing system to track and resolve user issues.
• Implement and monitor security measures for IT systems.
• Configure new hardware for users and assist with software installations.
• Provide training on new applications and updates.
• Participate in IT projects and upgrades.
• Document procedures for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular audits of software licenses and compliance.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
• Collate user feedback to improve IT services.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
