• Directly interact with customers for feedback on content and campaigns.
• Assist in running A/B tests to improve content effectiveness.
• Evaluate and implement new tools for content management and analytics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a content marketing role
