As a Talent Director, you will manage and develop the careers of our models. This includes securing bookings, building relationships with clients, and promoting our talent effectively within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the fashion and entertainment industries.
• Lead the model booking team and provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Monitor industry trends to enhance the agency's competitive edge.
• Engage with social media influencers to promote models on various platforms.
• Establish partnerships with brands and production companies to increase bookings.
• Prepare and manage the budget for model promotions and bookings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion or relevant field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in talent management or booking

Technical Skills

• Experience in sales and negotiation
• Knowledge of the fashion and modeling industries

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in a second language: Additional language skills can be beneficial for international bookings.
• Excellent photography and videography skills: Ability to produce high-quality visuals for model portfolios.
