E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales initiatives in Grafton. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our e-commerce presence, driving sales growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the e-commerce budget and forecast.
• Enhance the online user experience through data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with product teams to determine assortment strategies.
• Support the development of online content and promotions.
• Oversee digital marketing channels including PPC, email, and social.
• Coordinate promotional events and campaigns for the online store.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve service.
• Establish KPIs for e-commerce performance metrics.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings for business growth.
• Manage the integration of new technologies and platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Master's degree in Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of e-commerce experience with a focus on digital marketing
