Job Description

Join our team as a Sales Engineer, where you'll leverage your technical background to support the marketing and sales efforts of our innovative solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product management to understand new features while delivering top-notch technical training for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute technical product training sessions.
  • Create instructional materials to facilitate the understanding of our technology solutions.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve product offerings.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns by providing technical insights.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product development based on customer feedback.
  • Generate reports on the effectiveness of technical marketing strategies.
  • Help refine the sales process by integrating technical feedback.
  • Collaborate in setting up demo environments for product showcases.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our product portfolio to effectively communicate its value.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or technical marketing role is preferred.
