Job Description

In the role of Landing Man, you will ensure that all flight operations are successful by maintaining runway safety and performing critical equipment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough inspections of the runway before aircraft operations.
  • Work closely with air traffic control to manage landing schedules.
  • Utilize effective communication to respond to real-time operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of runway usage and incidents.
  • Provide exceptional service to pilots and ground staff.
  • Identify and report any safety concerns immediately.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational and well-maintained.
  • Adapt to dynamic weather conditions and their impact on flight operations.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support training new staff in runway operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Aviation Management or related field
Experience
  • At least 2 years in an airport environment.
