Job Description
The Technical Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to our technical team, facilitating the smooth running of the department through effective communication and documentation processes.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks that support engineering activities.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Coordinate with team members for project updates and progress.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
Facilitate communication across departments to streamline operations.
Participate in team meetings and provide administrative insights.
Support the procurement process by tracking orders and deliveries.
Utilize project management tools to assist in planning and execution.
Engage in professional development to enhance skills pertinent to the role.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Business or Engineering Administration is advantageous
Experience
Relevant experience in an engineering or technical environment is preferred
