Delivery Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Delivery Supervisor to oversee our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of delivery drivers and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily logistics operations for efficient delivery services.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for delivery drivers.
• Develop performance standards and monitor compliance.
• Lead team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
• Identify areas for improvement in delivery processes.
• Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new delivery staff.
• Establish effective communication with both drivers and customers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)

Experience

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Inventory Management Systems

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in logistics or supply chain management: Additional certification in logistics management can be advantageous.
