Job Description

As a Change Management Manager, you will spearhead transformative initiatives within our organisation. Your role will involve engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful transitions and managing the overall impact of changes on the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement change management frameworks that align with business objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and report on change progress and effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Manage communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify how changes affect current processes and systems.
  • Promote a culture of adaptability and resilience within the organization.
  • Liaise with senior leaders to secure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to prepare teams for change.
  • Foster a positive change environment, addressing concerns and resistance proactively.
  • Utilise feedback to refine change strategies and improve future initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business or a related field
  • Change Management certification preferred
Experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading successful change management initiatives.
Technical Skills
  • Data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)

Languages
  • English: Fluent
