We are seeking a skilled Electron-Beam Photo Mask Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining electron-beam lithography systems crucial for the creation of photo masks used in the semiconductor manufacturing process. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers, ensuring the highest quality standards are met during the production phase.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate lithography systems for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to address design challenges and enhance production capabilities.
• Ensure the accuracy and fidelity of photo masks through rigorous inspection methods.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Monitor and report production metrics to management.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on technological advancements in electron-beam lithography.

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with electron microscopy: Experience operating electron microscopes for image quality assessment.
• Familiarity with software tools for mask design: Experience using CAD software in designing photomasks.
