Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Lodging Manager to lead our team at Hospitality Group Australia. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure high standards of guest service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for the overall success of the lodging property, handling guest inquiries, and leading a dedicated team of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the lodging staff to achieve high service standards.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the reservation system and ensure accuracy in bookings.
  • Conduct staff meetings and provide training opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Create reports on occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Assist in the development of promotional packages and campaigns.
  • Ensure efficient handling of financial transactions.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
