Join our vibrant team as a Ringmaster! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and overall success of our circus performances, ensuring that each show captivates our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt educational materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Deliver lessons that engage and motivate students, incorporating various teaching methods.
  • Establish positive relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development.
  • Lead and participate in team meetings to discuss educational strategies and student progress.
  • Develop strategies to manage challenging behaviours and de-escalate difficult situations.
  • Encourage parental involvement and provide resources for support at home.
  • Work with specialists such as psychologists and speech therapists to implement comprehensive educational strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or closely related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Special Education advantageous
Experience
  • Previous experience in a classroom setting, particularly with students facing emotional challenges.
