Job Description

Join us as a Maintenance Superintendent, where you will be in charge of managing all maintenance operations within our facility. You will ensure equipment uptime, lead a skilled maintenance team, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews and set objectives for maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvements in operational efficiency.
• Lead safety training and awareness initiatives among maintenance personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field are preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Preventive Maintenance Planning

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)
• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems: Experience using ERP systems for maintenance operation management.
• Familiarity with Industrial Automation Systems: Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting automation systems.
