Job Description

As the K-12 Principal, you will be at the forefront of shaping our educational community, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning. Your leadership will guide the academic and operational aspects of our school, influencing positive change and setting a clear vision for success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement.
  • Manage the school's resources effectively to support educational goals.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff.
  • Implement initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity within the school.
  • Conduct regular assessments of student performance and wellbeing to guide improvements.
  • Foster strong relationships with external agencies and community organizations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in education, with significant leadership experience.
