Responsibilities
Oversee the entire inventory control process and strategy.
Lead the inventory control team in daily operations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Communicate with supplier and vendor partners regarding inventory issues.
Compile reports on inventory levels to inform management.
Train team members on inventory systems and best practices.
Develop improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency.
Support operational teams to develop inventory requisition forecasts.
Implement inventory control software and systems.
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in inventory practices.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience
7+ years' experience in inventory management in a fast-paced environment
