Inventory Control Manager

Job Description

As an Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the inventory control team. We seek a detail-oriented individual who can implement processes to maintain accurate inventory levels across our operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire inventory control process and strategy.
• Lead the inventory control team in daily operations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate with supplier and vendor partners regarding inventory issues.
• Compile reports on inventory levels to inform management.
• Train team members on inventory systems and best practices.
• Develop improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency.
• Support operational teams to develop inventory requisition forecasts.
• Implement inventory control software and systems.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in inventory practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 7+ years' experience in inventory management in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel
• Supply Chain Analytics Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with International Logistics: Experience in managing logistics across international borders.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems: Advanced understanding of software that governs warehouse operations.
