Job Description

The Shuttle Filler is a vital role within our operations team, responsible for efficiently filling shuttle bins with the right parts and ensuring they are correctly placed and labeled. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, work well in fast-paced settings, and maintain high levels of accuracy while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Load shuttle bins with specified parts and materials.
• Verify proper placement and labeling of all shuttle bins.
• Identify and report any safety hazards in the workplace.
• Assist in inventory control and manage parts accuracy.
• Support the operations team in achieving daily performance targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health regulations.
• Engage in productive communication with logistics and customer service departments.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners efficiently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records of completed work activities.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in logistics

Experience

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred

Technical Skills

• SAP or other ERP systems
• Scanners and Handheld Devices

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
