Job Description

We are looking for skilled Aluminium Pourers to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for safely operating machinery to pour molten aluminium into molds, ensuring the production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate furnaces and molds for aluminium casting.
• Oversee the pouring process to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of products and machinery.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues when they arise.
• Document production results and report to supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Metal Casting or related field

Experience

• Familiarity with metal casting processes preferred.

Technical Skills

• CNC machinery skills
• Safety procedures awareness

Soft Skills

• Problem solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certification in Metal Casting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean manufacturing experience: Experience working in lean manufacturing settings to improve efficiency.
