We are seeking a detail-oriented Geophysical Prospecting Permit Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and managing permits for geophysical exploration activities. Your expertise will ensure compliance with relevant regulations while liaising with stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Draft and submit applications for exploration and development permits.
• Monitor the status of permit applications and provide updates to the team.
• Collaborate with legal and environmental departments to ensure all requirements are met.
• Maintain organized records of all permit documentation.
• Prepare reports on permit compliance and potential issues.
• Engage with local communities to address any concerns regarding exploration activities.
• Analyze regulations and provide guidance on changes affecting projects.
• Support exploration activities by ensuring timely permit approvals.
• Review proposals for compliance with existing permits.
• Coordinate training sessions on permit management best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the mining or natural resources industry is advantageous.
