Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in Portland. This role will involve managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring that office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings and appointments.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system that supports easy access to information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Certification in Office Management is a plus
