Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Helpers - Production Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll assist in the manufacturing process by using hand-forming techniques, ensuring that our products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Help with hand-forming and assembly tasks.
• Monitor production flow and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure materials are available and stocked as needed.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Report any unsafe conditions or practices immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in hand-forming techniques is a plus

Technical Skills

• Use of manufacturing tools

Languages
